If you look at the top of this web site you will see just under our header in small writing, a very BIG idea. "Reminding the world to get a little CRAZY." It has little to do with the kind of CRAZY that gets you locked up in white very-long-sleeved coats. It's the CRAZY that we think the singer Seal talks about, "If we're ever going to survive, we need to get a little CRAZY." This CRAZY has to do with seeing yourself as far more than what you've ever imagined yourself to be. iSoc Solutions works with amazing people inside organisations every day, and very often many of those people have lost site of how amazing they are. We think they need to get a little CRAZY about who they are and what they're capable of, and some truely amazing things are bound to start happening. We've seen very 'ordinary' people engaged in some very extra-ordinary living. We call these people the CRAZY ONES. When we find these CRAZY people we send them a framed poem, written by Jozef Imrich. It's called, "Here's to the CRAZY ones." Here's to the
CRAZY ones, Reminding the world to get a little CRAZY is the Big Idea that we're working towards. We're hoping to not let one person get by without being reminded. We're out looking for the CRAZY ones, and the ones that need to get a little CRAZY, and if we get it right, we're going to introduce them to each other, and watch them get a little CRAZY together.
